This notice explains what happens to the information you send Oryzon Labs through the enquiry form on this website. Questions or requests: ahmed@oryzonlabs.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name, business name, email address and (if you add it) phone or WhatsApp number
- Your answers about your business type, where you think you're losing bookings, and the tools you use
- Any notes you choose to add
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so no third party learns that you visited.
To protect the site from bots and abuse, our host counts requests from each connection's IP address and briefly blocks any that send too many.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry, reply to it, and, if we end up working together, prepare a proposal. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your details.

If the form can't send and you email us instead, your own email provider also handles that message.
How long we keep it
If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep what's needed to run the project and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
Email ahmed@oryzonlabs.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.
